Automated disinfection and cleaning
Automated disinfection and cleaning of all instruments in a washer-disinfector is the ideal solution to ensure the protection of patients and the safety of nursing staff. Aqua Plus offers different programs to meet the many and varied expectations of different dental and medical practices. AQUA PLUS is based on the most up-to-date technologies for the management of the instruments used. It is available in two models, tabletop or recessed under a worktop.

3 accessible and removable filters allow a thorough and easy interior cleaning, avoiding any residual water source of biofilm and bacteria. The patented ETS system (Empty Total System) ensures hygiene perfect from the inside of AQUA PLUS. Two washing arms
Two washing arms ensure intensive washing and cleaning of the instruments and elements present in the tank. Fully removable, the arms can be easily inspected and cleaned, ensuring continuous operation and reduced maintenance.

Perfect drying is an essential element in decision making, as users do not accept wet instruments at the end of the cycle. Aqua Plus is at the forefront in this field. Forced dynamic drying is provided by the most powerful fan on the market. All instruments are perfectly dried outside and inside. The hot air, disinfected by HEPA 14 filter, passes through the washing arms and the washing bar of rotating instruments ensuring a perfect drying even inside the handpieces. Drying time and temperature are programmable.

Maximum flexibility
Thanks to the basket provided and the wide range of accessories available, it is possible to accommodate surgical cassettes, vertical instruments, rotating instruments and small objects.

The 3 cycles, fast, standard and intensive are all EN-ISO 15883certified.
AAQUA PLUS has also successfully passed FDA certification tests and has been classified as a Very High Disinfection.

The screen is very intuitive and a large number of parameters ensure easy operation of the device, reducing training and learning time to a few minutes. Touch screen, 3 preset programs, 1 rinsing program and 1 drying program, the selected cycle can be started without complications. A flowmeter continuously monitors the dosing of liquids and informs the user when filling is necessary.

Perfect drying is an essential element in decision making, as users do not accept wet instruments at the end of the cycle. Aqua Plus is at the forefront in this field, with highly efficient thermodynamic drying thanks to a hot air flow in the washing arms, and a unique drying solution in the rotating instrument boom allowing internal drying of the handpieces.
Liquids and certifications
AQUA PLUS has passed the EN 15883 certification with Dr. Weigert liquids. Suitable liquids are Mediclean Dental for disinfection, Z Dental for rinsing and Mediklar Dental for drying. BORER allows only two liquids to be used, the rinsing liquid is not necessary. The liquid selected for disinfection is Prozyme Alka Plus and 64 Neutradry for drying. AQUA PLUS has obtained FDA certification Very High Disinfection, testifying to the cleaning quality of the thermodisinfector. This certification allows American users to reuse handpieces without the need for further sterilization steps.
Versions
AQUA PLUS is available in two versions: benchtop or under bench
Workbench Version
In the tabletop version, installation is simplified because fitting work is not required. No furniture to modify, no space to find. This solution is ideal for practices that wish to automate their sterilization cycle, without disrupting the dedicated space. A water supply and an evacuation is sufficient. In this version, the liquids are to be poured into bottles housed in a drawer. In the countertop version, the configuration allows a maximum of two liquid suction pumps.
Built-in Version
In the free-standing version, installation is also very easy, as long as space is available. Recessed, the thermo-disinfector fits under the worktop and the closest adjustment is done simply by adjusting the adjustable feet. The upper worktop is free, giving access to a large workspace and improving the airy aesthetic of the sterilization room. In this configuration, the pumps suck the liquid directly into the container. Up to three liquid pumps can be selected. The interior dimensions are identical to the table version.
