Great opportunities will be available to those who know how to effectively implement next-generation system and services. For Tecno-Gaz customers, access to the technology of the future is already possible thanks to the 365 Service Card and the IOTec portal.

TECNO-GAZ takes the interface of its customer services to a new level. With the new 365 Service Card, the customer who purchases a TECNO-GAZ service will be able to access and activate it quickly and easily.

Purchase a TECNO-GAZ product or service and you will receive the 365 Service Card in a blue box containing various instructions and a USB key which contains the files useful to proceed with the activation of the purchased service. At the time of purchase it is important to check the correct presence of the Service Card and contact TECNO-GAZ in case of deficiencies.
The doctor who has purchased a TECNO-GAZ product will, after opening the 365 Service Card box , find inside it the serial numbers of the product purchased and a USB key to be inserted into his PC to complete the activation by following the various steps.




The new IoT Services offered by TECNO-GAZ can thus be activated by the customer by entering the serial numbers ( REF, SN in the image ) of the product and service purchased on the relevant page of the portal.
The portal in question is the ioTEC portal, the new web service offered by TECNO-GAZ which is configured as a tool for managing the data and cycles performed by TECNO-GAZ devices with I.o.T technology. The doctor who owns an I.o.T device can easily access the ioTEC portal via web , where, after registering with 365 Service Card, he can manage his device in a new way, keep track of the cycles performed by them via a calendar, and store information on patients and equipment . ioTEC' s main aim is to optimise the time and cost of managing medical devices by interfacing with the new perspectives offered by Industry 4.0
